This kind of record separates the extreme music lover from everyone else. Some people can like a few heavy or extreme bands and not have this be their favorite style of music. Only someone whose default genre is extreme metal would consider RORCAL one of the best bands in the world. They are definitely one of the best in the world. Oppressive, heavy grindcore that throws in so many different additional elements, including a whole lot of complex time changes and riffs. "Our Hollow" definitely pays off after multiple listens as there is a hell of a lot going on. But as impressive as the music is, the pointed poetic lyrics are the huge takeaway for me. Make sure to give these lines the attention they deserve, which makes the album that much more rewarding. A very impressive statement. bcb723
